1. Non-Clinical Disclosure

Human Support Stream is a peer-to-peer connection platform. We are not a medical clinic, a mental health provider, or an emergency service.

• No Therapy: Connections made here are for human presence and companionship, not clinical psychotherapy.
• No Diagnosis: Users (Providers) are prohibited from providing medical diagnoses or prescribing medication.
• No Liability: We do not verify the medical credentials of users, as this is a non-medical community.

Your privacy is critical. We use encrypted databases to store your profile info, but remember:

• Do not share sensitive financial or identification data (SSN, Passwords) with other users.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• You can delete your profile at any time through the Portal Settings.

4. Reporting & Bans

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for abuse. If a user violates safety standards:

1. Use the “Report” button on their profile.
2. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
3. Violators are permanently banned from the directory and subscription.
