ArtStream Precision is a peer-to-peer and institutional safeguarding platform. We are not a medical clinic, a mental health provider, or an emergency service.

• No Therapy: Connections and materials here are not clinical psychotherapy.
• No Diagnosis: Users are prohibited from providing medical diagnoses or prescribing medication.
• No Liability: We do not verify medical credentials on this non-medical platform.

Your privacy is critical. We use encrypted databases to store profile info, but remember:

• Do not share sensitive financial or identification data with other users.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• You can delete your profile at any time through Portal Settings.

4. Reporting & Bans

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for abuse. If a user violates safety standards:

1. Use the “Report” button on their profile.
2. Our admin team reviews reports within 24 hours.
3. Violators are permanently banned from the directory and subscription.

5. Sovereign Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Organizations (Festivals, Labels, Media) and verified partners are subject to the following:

• Audit Rights: ArtStream Precision reserves the right to revoke any Precision Badge if an organization fails a periodic atmosphere audit.
• Passport Integrity: Artists are legally responsible for the truthfulness of their Intent Manifesto / Impact statements.
• Non-Refundable: Institutional certification fees cover verification and are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
• Audit Artifacts: Upon successful validation, a ‘Node-Specific Verification Report’ (PDF) is issued, tailored for G7 municipal filing and insurance compliance.
